Shipping in the United States
When will my package ship?
Orders placed before 12:30 PM EST will ship and process within three days.

Can I use a PO Box?
No. Please use a commercial or residential address to guarantee your goods are shipped on time and can be tracked.
What shipping methods do you offer?
All of our US shipments are delivered via UPS. We currently offer the following shipping speeds:
Ground Shipping (free for orders over $250, $10 for orders under $250): Typically delivered between 5-7 business days after shipping, sometimes faster for locations on the East Coast.
*Express shipping is not available due to COVID-19
Where do your items ship from?
All online orders ship our US warehouse in New Jersey.
Can I track my international order?
Yes. International orders will receive a tracking email. All packages ship international with DHL Express.
What are importation fees?
Importation fees include all landed costs (duty and taxes, brokerage charge) that are associated with shipping our products to your international location.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No, what you paid in checkout will be guaranteed including all transportation costs and any importation fees, such as applicable duty and tax enforced by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
How are international shipping rates calculated?
All FEIT products are delivered duty paid. This means all duties and taxes are paid prior to shipping, and no further payments are required to release the goods. We work with our international shipping partner, Global-E, to ensure all shipping rates reflect the current conversion rate appropriately.

What is your returns policy?
Undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition and their original packaging. We understand trying on shoes you’ll need to feel comfortable in them. Please do so carefully.
We’ve partnered up with Happy Returns to allow for a quick and easy return. Returns are subject to a $10 fee which will be deducted from the final refund. To start your return click here.
A small number of items discounted at 40% and above marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

How can I track my return?
Your return tracking number is stored in your purchase history and Happy Returns. Log into your account and click on the order number in the return process. The return tracking number will be itemized beneath each item being returned. You can click on the tracking to view progress.
When will my credit card be credited following a refund?
Once your item is received back at our warehouse and inspected please allow for a 48 - 72 hour wait time for the refund to show up on your card.
What if I lost my shipping label?
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com to receive a new label.
How can I start my International Return?
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your return label. Your order number will always start with GE.
International returns are subject to a $50 return fee. FEIT will happily provide the return label to track the return and the difference will be deducted from the final return. Any import duties and taxes incurred at the time of the original order and incurred at the return cannot be returned or refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. We are at the will of the international shipping regulations.
Can I return an online order to your retail stores?
We can happily accept returns/exchanges at our Prince St NYC store or Melbourne Australia store.

My Product Is Defective
We take great pride in delivering a high quality well made product. We’re sorry your item was not up to this high quality standard. If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making your return for us to escalate the issue in our system. You’ll be prompted to make the return through Happy Returns by clicking here. Any defective returns will be free of charge.
Please note FEIT products are made by humans from all natural materials. The product is not built to be perfect. Each has a variation and a unique imperfection that are meant to get better with age.
What if a product I've ordered is subsequently sold at a lower price?
FEIT can price match any product full priced sales made from feitirect.com within seven days of purchase. If an item has been reduced we will provide partial credit, if requested, for matching item sold up to seven days prior to price reduction.
