1. SELECT AND PURCHASE YOUR RESTORATION SERVICE. Click on the type of repair needed for your shoes. If you’re unsure about the type of service purchase “general repair” or send 2-5 photos of your shoes by contacting us via chat or email restorations@feitdirect.com
2. SEND US YOUR SHOES. Once you purchase your service please make sure to read through your confirmation email for detailed instructions on how to send. Shipping to Goods & Services is covered by the customer.
3. WE RETURN YOUR SHOES TO YOU. Once your repair is complete Goods & Services will reach out with tracking details. Returns on all US based repairs are free of charge. *current wait times for repairs are 8 - 10 weeks.
