HOW IT WORKS

1. SELECT AND PURCHASE YOUR RESTORATION SERVICE

Select and purchase your restoration service below by clicking on the type of repair needed for your shoes. If you’re unsure about the type of service purchase “general repair” or send 2-5 photos of your shoes by contacting us via chat or email restorations@feitdirect.com

2. SEND US YOUR SHOES 

Once you purchase your service please make sure to read through your confirmation email for detailed instructions on how to send. Shipping to Goods & Services is covered by the customer.

3. WE RETURN YOUR SHOES TO YOU.

Once your repair is complete Goods & Services will reach out with tracking details. Returns on all US based repairs are free of charge.
