Inspired by the Japanese Geta flip-flop, the FEIT Leather Sandal is given a robust feel and look with two substantial straps and a wider footbed. This season’s natural athletics theme is incorporated via the use of cork and all natural latex within the footbed ensuring a cushioned flexible feel under foot more akin to a sports slide than a leather sandal.
These shoes offer a minimal, unisex look for summer, and they will progressively mold to your foot without retaining sweat or odor.
All FEIT shoes are made from start to finish by one master craftsman. The one-piece upper is sewn by hand directly to the midsole. A cork footbed and a bamboo shank stabilizer is added, then the leather outsole is cemented to the midsole using a natural, water-based glue. We refer to this process as a modified hand-sewn Goodyear construction.
Goodyear construction ensures all FEIT shoes can be resoled.
Each pair of FEIT shoes comes with an extra set cork and buffalo leather insoles to assist with in-between sizing. The additional leather insole can be used alone, or the cork can be inserted underneath the leather for extra padding. If you are between sizes, you can either size up and use the included insoles, or size down and use no additional insoles.
